Truly Hollywood: The Anti-Tabloid
Unfortunately, much of the entertainment news published today is based on gossip and hearsay. Much too frequently, the information and photographs seen in the news is obtained by intruding on people's privacy. Paparazzi have become a common sight wherever it is rumored a public figure might be seen, including in front of their very own homes and their children's schools. Regrettably, the situation has only become worse over time. With the steady increase of members of the paparazzi placing people in danger it is clear that something must be done. Truly Hollywood was created to allow people the choice of reading entertainment news that is actually supported by the subjects of the articles. In the process, Truly Hollywood hopes to create a new media environment that keeps paparazzi 'out of the picture.'
